The information below offers a comparison of the Year-to-Date(YTD) April 2019 market activity vs. April 2018 YTD.
– Active Inventory is at 431 units so far this year compared to 475 in April 2018
– Closed home sales continue to fall behind this year with 1094 units sold compared to last year’s closed sales at 1260
– Average sales prices maintain their lead this year, up 7.0% compared to last April
2019 average sales price: $311,093| 2018 average sales price: $289,382
