The June 2019 edition of the Tri-Cities Insider provides an update on the local Tri-Cities real estate market, including inventory of active homes for sale, months of inventory, total homes sold and the average sales price.
The information below offers a comparison of the Year-to-Date(YTD) June 2019 market activity vs. June 2018 YTD.
– Active Inventory is at 468 units for this June compared to 554 in June 2018
– Closed home sales YTD are narrowing the gap with 1921 units sold compared to last year’s closed sales at 2005 units
– Average sales prices have jumped up to 8.1% over last June; this is due in part to an increase in average price this June, while last June saw a minor decrease
2019 average sales price: $316,961
2018 average sales price: $292,221
