Pasco is the fastest-growing of the Tri-Cities, and as such, has a tremendous need for an adaptive school system. The Pasco School District (PSD) has proven itself to be up to the challenge, having provided the area with some of the best education in the state.
As the economy, population, and city limits continue to grow, so too does the number of schools in the area. If you are moving into Pasco, you can rest assured that your children will be in excellent hands. Chiawana and Pasco High Schools field some of the largest numbers of students in the state while maintaining a friendly and personable atmosphere. These schools frequently excel in academics and dominate in sports. They participate in Division 4A athletics alongside Hanford and Richland High Schools, making for sporting rivalries between the cities. Pasco High’s Edgar Brown Memorial Stadium is a must-see feature of the city, serving as the school’s home field for football and soccer.
