The information below offers a comparison of the Year-to-Date(YTD) May 2019 market activity vs. May 2018 YTD.
– Active Inventory is at 452 units for the month of May this year compared to 549 in May 2018
– Closed home sales maintain their deficit this year with 1470 units sold compared to last year’s closed sales at 1611
– Average sales prices continue trending at 7.0% over last May
2019 average sales price: $313,584
2018 average sales price: $292,675
