The information below offers a comparison of the January 2018 market activity vs. the same time period in 2017.
- Active Inventory was up to 421 units this year compared to 399 in January of 2017
- Closed home sales increased this year with 296 units sold compared to last year’s closed sales at 214
- Average sales prices this year are up 3% compared to January of 2017
