The information below offers a comparison of the YTD March 2019 market activity vs. March 2018 YTD.
– Active Inventory is at 433 units so far this year compared to 446 in March 2018
– Closed home sales slightly decreased this year with 763 units sold compared to last year’s closed sales at 894
– Average sales prices this year are up 8.7% compared to March of 2018
2019 average sales price: $312,127 | 2018 average sales price: $284,889
